    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Home Healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes in the Omaha Metro area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of medical assistance.

    Responsibilities:
    - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
    - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
    - Administer medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
    - Perform basic medical procedures, such as venipuncture and catheterization
    - Assist with patient assessments and document observations
    - Provide specialized care for patients with specific needs, such as pediatrics or memory care
    - Support patients with dementia by providing emotional support and engaging in therapeutic activities
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

    Requirements:
    - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant
    - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    - Experience working in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred
    - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
    - Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients in need of care
    - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
