Home Care Recruitment & Marketing Specialist
(On-Site / Field-Based)
Hourly / Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, assertive, and results-driven Home Care Recruitment & Hiring Specialist based in New York City to support the growth of our Home Health Aide (HHA) workforce.
This is a non-remote, on-site and field-based role that requires active outreach, community engagement, and in-person recruitment efforts.
This position is ideal for someone who is:
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Confident speaking with strangers and initiating conversations
- Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
- Assertive, persuasive, and not shy
- Goal-oriented and motivated by hitting hiring targets
- Comfortable being in the field, visiting schools, and attending events
This role focuses on meeting weekly hiring targets, maximizing aide hours, and utilizing ethical and effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified HHAs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Candidate Management
- Conduct cold calls to potential Home Health Aide (HHA) candidates
- Process, screen, and manage applicants throughout the recruitment pipeline
- Conduct initial phone interviews and recommend qualified candidates
- Perform consistent follow-ups to maintain candidate engagement
- Maintain clear and professional communication until onboarding is completed
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and manage social media campaigns using the Company's official accounts
- Design posters, banners, flyers, and other marketing materials to attract applicants
- Research and generate leads from:
- HHA training schools
- Job boards
- Community organizations
- Local events and professional networks
- Request, track, and manage referrals from current HHAs and professional contacts
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Visit HHA training schools and participate in hiring events
- Set up and assist with recruitment and hiring events
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, community leaders, and referral partners
- Actively participate in community events to generate recruitment leads
Performance & Reporting
- Meet weekly hiring targets and required number of hires
- Maximize aide hours to support operational and hiring goals
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Attend daily, weekly, or monthly team meetings as required
Additional Duties
- Perform other recruitment, marketing, or candidate management tasks as assigned by the Company
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be based in New York City
- Experience in recruitment, home care, healthcare staffing, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and field-based work
- Highly assertive, proactive, and confident communicator
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working occasional weekends
