- Perform in-game coaching, teaching, and instruction from the Esports arena at the William G. Rohrer Center in Cherry Hill.
- Assist the coaching staff in implementing and crafting new in-game strategies, managing practices, and coordinating intercollegiate matches.
- Travel with team to and from competitions (where applicable).
- Monitor academic progress of student athletes.
- Assist with pre-game and post-game setup and production activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Esports Director.
- Strong knowledge and coaching ability in one or more of the following esports titles: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League, or Super Smash Brothers Ultimate.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (such as and YouTube) and streaming software.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, planning, leadership, attention to detail, initiative, flexibility, and sound judgement.
- Ability and commitment to instruct and motivate college student-athletes.
- A positive role model for young adults.
- Ability to work with a diverse student population in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
