Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Litigation Associate with 1+ year of experience in Bodily Injury Defense litigation in FL to join its
TAMPA office.

(We'll consider Plaintiff's P.I. attorneys too).

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 1-3 years experience in B.I. Defense in Florida. We WILL Consider 1st year associates


JOB DUTIES include working up smaller and high-value cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, assisting attorneys prep for depositions, mediation, and trial. Should have strong research and writing skills, including using WestLaw and Lexis. Helping attorneys prepare expert witnesses for depositions, taking expert witness depositions, meeting with clients, drafting demand letters, prepping attorneys for court hearings, substantive motions, preparing MSJs (and responses), writing detailed legal memos, status reports to carriers, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
