The DNS Experience Owner is a senior product leader responsible for driving the Private Bank Digital North Star (DNS) – a strategic initiative to deliver the next generation Client Platform for Citizens Private Bank and Citizens Private Wealth.Primary Responsibilities Include
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies for Private Bank and Business Banking digital experiences, including account access, entitlements, and money movement enhancements.
- Convert high-level vision into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring the delivery meets quality, scope, and value standards. Prioritize features and enhancements based on client feedback, banker input, market research, and business priorities.
