    Up to a **$4,000** sign-on bonus for an experienced Commercial Service Plumber

    Tampa Bay and Surrounding Areas such as Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, St. Pete, etc.

    Are you an EXPERIENCED Commercial Service Plumber looking to TradeUP to a new opportunity with:

    Pay Range: $25 -$30/hr + monthly performance bonuses

    This is the position for you Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Commercial Service Plumbing Team to help deliver great service to our clients in the Central Florida Area

    What you will do:

    • Troubleshoot, and diagnose commercial plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and boiler system issues for commercial properties such as grocery stores, property management, and retail stores, to name a few.
    • Perform commercial plumbing Repairs, Replacements, Installations, and preventative maintenance.
    • Sewer and drain cleaning.
    • Handle customer service questions or concerns
    • Communicate plumbing system issues to clients and offer solutions to repair plumbing issues to new conditions.

    What you need:

    • Minimum 5 years as a Commercial Service Plumber
    • Technical skill in Commercial plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and boilers.
    • Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts
    • Good communication and listening skills
    • Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
    • Physical dexterity
    • CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
    Responsibilities:

    Your Experience:

    • Knowledge of working and maintaining National Accounts
    • Good communication and listening skills
    • Experience with commercial plumbing products (T&S, Sloan, etc.)
    • Sewer and drain cleaning experience
    • Experience working with automatic faucets and flush valves
    • Commercial Water Heater & Boiler experience is a plus
    Qualifications:

    You must have

    • Minimum 5 years as a Commercial Service Plumber
    • Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
    • Physical dexterity
    • CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE
