Summary:
Manages the planning, administering, and evaluating of the operations and care delivery of the Behavioral Health nursing unit.

Oversees professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and refinement in response to needs and trends.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Essential:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD, in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).

Experience:

• Five Years of related behavioral health nursing experience including leadership.

Credentials:

Essential:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
• National Certification in Area of Specialty
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support.
