We are thrilled to announce a PRN Occupational Therapist position in beautiful Uintah Basin area.

We are a looking for a Occupational Therapist to work specializing in home care to help our patients meet all of their treatment goals.

Our Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Assessing the patient's physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
• Helping patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
• Assisting patients' exercise for pain relief
• Reviewing the patient's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
• Performing administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and updating charts

Our OT will enjoy a generous hourly pay rate in addition to a pay per visit ($70-$78 per visit) pay scale.

Our OT will need reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a current drivers license. We are located at 301 East 100 South, Vernal, UT We cant wait to meet you #altaot
