- You will work with a team of Compliance experts and complex data to develop annual financial exhibits which determine GDIT's indirect cost rates
- Build financial data models and perform analytics on large data sets utilizing Excel and other tools; demonstrate and build your strong analytical skills and advanced Excel and data reporting capabilities
- Use your analytical and problem solving skills as you work collaboratively across all Financial functions to research and respond to audit related questions
- Utilize Oracle reporting capabilities to develop and validate complex cost models in support of indirect rate development and billing operations
- Identify improvement opportunities associated with existing financial reports and operational processes, work with support resources to define and test new capabilities including exploring new data automation tools
- Build your knowledge of financial processes and regulations associated with federal government contracting as you grow your responsibilities within the team
- Present your data models/findings to complex problems to peers, leadership, and government to enable data driven decision making
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Business Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience (or in lieu of degree 9 years of related experience)
- Hands on experience performing complex financial modeling, reporting, or analytics
- Proficient at using technology to solve business problems
- Experience working collaboratively with cross functional, remote and extended teams
- Advanced Excel and/or other data analytics tools. MS Access development experience desirable
- Proficient in relevant software applications such as MS Outlook and Office
