    Description

    Essential duties and Responsibilities:


    Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets by using statistical tools, predictive models, and AI.Identify company needs and devise possible solutions.

    Develop solutions to complex problems and provide actionable insights.
    Clean and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
    Communicate findings to stakeholders using various visualization tools and reports.
    Lead the identification and evaluation of AI opportunities that align with business goals and performance metrics.

    Act as the subject matter expert on AI, staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and sharing knowledge across the organization.

    Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of advanced analytics.
    Collaborate with the rest of the Strategic Finance team.

    Participate in a wide variety of special projects as directed by the VP of Strategic Finance or other members of senior management.

    Other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    10+ years' experience in Data Science or related field.
    Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality principles.
    Experience with AI platforms and understanding of the AI technology landscape.
