The Patient Account Representative coordinates all patient and insurance billings accounts for their assigned clinic.The Patient Account Representative registers new patients, verifies and monitors all patient accounts prior to the patient seeing the doctor; verifies all insurance information; counsels patients about their accounts and handles all patient complaints regarding the account; sets up any necessary pay arrangements.
