    Piper Companies is seeking a

    Software Engineer Project Manager

    to join an established Electronics Manufacturing company located in

    Framingham, Massachusetts

    . This position is

    Hybrid

    , and requires you to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday. The

    Software Engineer Project Manager

    will spearhead the development of cutting-edge automotive experiences.

    Responsibilities of the

    Software Engineer Project Manager:


    Promote alignment and teamwork among software development teams and internal stakeholders to design, build, test and deliver software efficiently and with top notch quality.

    Take charge of delivering enabling technologies, handling interdependencies and mitigating risks.
    Cultivate connections with technical experts, stakeholders, and senior management.
    Effectively oversee project requirements, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks while exemplifying strong leadership and communication skills.

    Qualifications of the

    Software Engineer Project Manager:
    Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a related industry.
    Capability to imitate and maintain crucial partnership engagementsBackground in overseeing firmware suppliers and collaborating with third-party development partners.

    Proficiency in agile methodologies and navigating the complexities of hybrid agile/waterwall approachesPrior software development and test experience with embedded applications, C, C++, MATLAB, or Python is a plus.

    Automotive and ASPICE experience is a plus.
    Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline or Masters Degree.

    Compensation for the

    Software Engineer Project Manager:
    Salary Range:

    140,000-175,000 depending on experience
