    A law firm is hiring and IT Support Analyst to join the IT Department as a full-time employee.

    This person will be responsible for the operational/technical remote and desk-side support of office technology to support end users and provide continuous improvement.

    As a senior member of the team, this person will be responsible for help desk support, installation/upgrades, network maintenance, and implementation of new software programs/systems.

    Specific duties may include being on call after-hours for coverage rotation, managing/recording documentation, tracking incidents and resolutions, configuring and deploying workstations (laptops, mobile devices, etc), and supporting multimedia presentations and video conferencing systems.

    Certifications for Microsoft, ITIL, or CompTIAPrevious experience working at Law Firm Documentation management experienceAssociates Degree or experience in related fieldAbility to travel to support office moves and implement new technologiesProficient with Microsoft operating systems/suites, O365 services, PC hardware, LAN architecture (TCP/IP protocol), anti-virus/malware software, remote support systemsExperience using active directory, imaging tools (SCCM, Prism), and WAN architectureExperience supporting C level executives
