    Customer Service Representative
    Napa, Ca

    We are in search of an experienced Sales Representative with exceptional Customer Service Skills. Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative work culture and values a rewarding career. Do you have a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor?

    Type: Temporary possibly Temp To Hire
    Hours: FT
    Schedule: Wed to Sat
    Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

    Pay: $22-25 DOE

    What you'll do:
    Responsibilities include customer service via telephone and email, Salesforce database management, wine club support, retail wine and wine club sales and other administrative tasks.

    Top responsibilities:

    • Schedule Visitor center reservations
    • Enter all wine club enrollment form information.
    • Promote sales of wine by assisting wine club members.
    • Performs warm sales calls by calling current customers for sales opportunities/promotions.
    • Upsell wine and Visitor Center guest experiences based on knowledge of products and offerings.
    • Handles multiple phone lines.


    You're good at:

    • Knowledge of wines and interest in wine production
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Working knowledge of databases Salesforce and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
