- Upsell wine and Visitor Center guest experiences based on knowledge of products and offerings.
- Handles multiple phone lines.
- Knowledge of wines and interest in wine production
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Working knowledge of databases Salesforce and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
