    Hourly base pay rate is $ $23.80/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

    Job Description

    This position is responsible for inventory control in his/her assigned area and ensures that GPS technology is working correctly.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshooting technology issues as needed.
    • Maintain Inventory control of actual GPS units.
    • Maintain real time inventory control of vehicles on property.
    • Find low battery trackers and replace as needed.
    • Find unassociated trackers and re-associating to vehicles.
    • Maintain the geofenced lot map and verify it matches lot location in AS400.
    • Reviewing auto lot location update accuracy with GPS trackers.
    • Subject matter expert on helping clients and obtaining feedback on the use of the GPS technology.
    • Responsible for collecting and sending back all defective trackers to Cox 2M team.
    • Central point of contact for all auction departments regarding inventory control matters.
    • Provide point of view to Management team regarding the need to order more trackers.
    • Maintain the inventory tracker discrepancy list.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
    • OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience;
    • OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
    • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
    • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
    • Basic computer skills required.
    • Strong professional customer service with a sense for urgency.
    • Ability to multi-task and be well organized. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
    • Ability to enter and exit vehicles constantly.
    • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to walk long distances.
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
    • Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
    • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    Work Environment:

    Moderate noise level. Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
