    The Clinical Supervisor ensures clinical and administrative services, supervises counselors, and adheres to the company's vision and mission.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides new hire orientation and prepares annual training plans for counselors.
    • Supervises counselors to assure timely completion of work and adherence to program policies.
    • Provides weekly clinical supervision and reviews documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness.
    • Assigns emergency on call rotation and completes monthly schedules.
    • Completes annual employee reviews and quarterly reports for supervision, training, and compliance.
    • Assigns new patients and monitors counselor caseloads for state compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters Degree with major emphasis in social work, addiction studies, psychology, counseling or human services and appropriate State Certification.
    • LCSW, LPC, LSATP.
    • Minimum of three years of Clinical Supervision experience, preferable in a substance abuse environment.
