    Druid Hills Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in Atlanta, is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Fitness Center.     As an Administrative Assistant for the Fitness Center, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of our fitness center.

    This role has an opportunity to turn into a Supervisor role when we build our new fitness center in 1-2 years.

    Responsibilities
    • Greet and welcome members, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere in the fitness center.
    • Oversee billing for fitness center services and beverages.
    • Answer phone calls and provide information to members regarding fitness center services and schedules.
    • Confirm classes and fitness events for members.
    • Maintain par lists of equipment and cleaning products for department.
    • Assist in high school orientations and swim tests.
    • Aide in supporting, planning, and execution of fitness center space and machines.
    • Provide communication about facility maintenance with the fitness center space and machines.
    • Assist members with any inquiries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, including restocking supplies and tidying up.
    • Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
    • Other duties as assigned by Fitness Director.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is required.
    • Previous administrative experience in an office or customer facing setting required.
    • Ability to use MS Office Suite and a computer.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercises is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
    • Must pass a background and reference check.
    • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. (E-Verify will be used to confirm authorization).
