Provides high-level administrative support to executives by conducting research preparing reports handling information requests and performing clerical functions Supports executives by prioritizing allocating requests for their time or information Manages calendars schedules and activities to meet both team and ministry calendar rhythms Ensures a high level of confidentiality Arranges materials details for meetings travel Processes information assists ministries departments management
- Receives communications from individuals churches organizations phone calls emails mail etc. follows up accordingly
