Responsibilities OBXtek is supporting the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, the MIlitary Communication and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (MilComm & PNT) Directorate (SSC/CG) with a broad range of financial management capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, and lifecycle acquisition activities
This opening is for an Earned Value Analyst, who will:

• Provide a broad range of Earned Value Management support for the Space Systems Command

This includes review and assessment of official program documents including Acquisition Strategy Plans, Requests for Proposal, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, Policies, Department of Defense/Air Force/Center guidance/instruction, Integrated Master Plans, and Program Contractor Proposals for solicitations for compliance and consistency with Earned Value Management and schedule standards and best practices.

• Requires EVM analysis across a variety of standard schedule analysis activities and includes developing and recording risk-based and comprehensive estimates-at-completion (EACs), including confidence level (SCurve) utilizing the best practices and techniques as outlined in the GAO Cost Estimating and Assessment Guide.
• Recommend corrective actions to record the findings and advise/deliver the analysis to the Government is included in position responsibilities.
• In coordination with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), this position requires assessment of contractors' EVM data, including analysis of programmatic and management issues, and the contractors' approved EVMS description for compliance with DCMA, DoD, NDIA IPMD and ANSI/EIA requirements This position is remote at this time

Salary Range:
$70k - $95k Qualifications Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Bachelors degree in a related financial field required
• In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an Associate's Degree + 4 years of work experience may be substituted, or an additional 6 years of work experience
• 2 years of experience in earned value analysis for government acquisition programs
