Job summary
The purpose of this position is to lead all aspects of vendor management / soft services operations for janitorial & radio onsite along with related performance metrics for an 800K SQ FT pharmaceutical site in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.- Leads Landscaping, janitorial, shipping / receiving, cafeteria, mailroom, waste/ hazard , uniform , confidential shredding services and lab garments services ensuring work is completed in accordance with account Key Performance Indicators.
