You will manage the loan pipeline and help ensure loan-related files are submitted and closed on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.

The role requires you to be the liaison between the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, and applicants to facilitate loan approval and closing.

You will have significant contact with both our field sales force and borrowers, while being supported by the Mortgage Marketing Directors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure loan application meets company standards for completeness and identify any gaps for MLO's
• Gather information for the loan application and communicate with both the borrower and lender to facilitate a timely closing
• Communicate and respond to internal stakeholders (Branch Managers, MLO's, Sales Directors) in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage loans to prioritize daily workflow
• Become proficient with point of sale and Lender portal/loan origination systems
• Maintain current knowledge of guidelines and loan programs
• Build relationships with MLOs Branch Managers
• Assist in the training and development of other mortgage processors
