Responsibilities
- Maintain dish room serving area dining room food storage areas in an orderly sanitary condition. ,Complete assigned cleaning tasks Assist in preparation meals pull pre-prep foods help set up serve all meals Must have knowledge equipment procedures techniques used cooking baking meat cutting Ability read follow recipes instructions Record all temperatures temperature book food equipment Report faulty equipment supervisor Assist placing food items on serving lines keeping serving lines well stocked Maintain check control kitchen inventory quantities available amounts needed operations Assist purchase requests for food supplies utensils pots pans dishes paper products needed kitchen Verify incoming shipments receipts absence stock person Check put away stock items off delivery trucks Rotate stock throughout dry storage refrigerators freezers Ensure all equipment turned properly doors locked night leaving Maintain chemical room clean organized everything off floor Replenish hand soap paper towel dispensers filled throughout kitchen food service restroom Attends inservice training performs duties assigned hr/>
