    Job Description

    The

    Global

    Learning and Development team at U.S.

    Bank is hiring The Senior Program Manager - Executive Development role is a brand - new position charged with developing, implementing and driving executive learning strategies enterprise wide.

    In this role, you'll focus on understanding current and future capability and skills needs. This large-scale program includes 3,500 + Director level leaders.

    You'll be accountable for effective learning outcomes and for building effective partnerships across HR and with the business to ensure employees have the skills and capabilities needed to drive business strategy.

    This role ensures a high-quality learning experience by leveraging a deep understanding of adult learning science, maximizing learning technology, and a desire to deliver differential and dynamic solutions by translating organizational talent objectives into learning strategies.


    Location:
    Role will be hybrid in the posted locations.

    Team members who are in ahybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
    Basic Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience

    10 or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience
    Proven success in managing a large scale, enterprise wide program at a similarly complex organization

    Change management and able to innovate

    Ability to create and drive a learning strategy

    Demonstrated diplomacy in stakeholder partnership and collaboration

    Desire to continuously evolve, iterate and adapt based on needs

    Skilled communicator

    Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology

    Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action

    Location

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    Pay Range:
    $123, $144, $159,390.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
