- Organize and prepare documents for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Assist with document reviews, productions, and database searches
- Gather information for case intake and update clients on progress
- Schedule conferences, meetings, hearings, and court reporters
- Manage attorneys' calendars
- Communicate with court personnel to arrange appointments
- Create presentations and demonstrative aids
- Prepare discovery shells, transmittal letters, and check documents
- Assemble declarations and exhibits
- File and efile at state and federal levels
- Generate table of contents (TOC) and table of authorities (TOAs)
- Utilize Adobe for bates stamping, redacting, and bookmarking
- Bachelor's degree OR Paralegal Certificate OR 5+ years of experience, preferably in Insurance Defense
- Understanding of calendaring with Compulaw preferred
- Familiarity with Westlaw, Adobe Acrobat, PACER, Microsoft Office, Disco, and Relativity (or other eDiscovery platforms) strongly preferred
