- Analyze workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Implement process improvements using AI tools and digital platforms

- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other teams to standardize and optimize processes
- Provide recommendations that enhance productivity, communication, and team efficiency
- 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or workflow analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to quickly learn and apply AI tools and digital platforms (training provided as needed)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Gain hands-on experience in process improvement within a nonprofit setting
