    Position Overview: As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely while delivering impactful therapy services to students throughout California. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of professionals and have access to cutting-edge technology to facilitate engaging therapy sessions.     Location: Remote (California-based)

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Provide dynamic and interactive speech-language therapy services to students via our teletherapy platform, addressing a variety of communication disorders and challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals and interventions.
    • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology, continually refining your skills to improve outcomes for students.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
    • Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a teletherapy or virtual setting.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping students succeed.
    • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver services remotely.
