    Financial Breakdown (Weekly)
    Taxable Pay: $1,476.00

    Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,246.00

    Total Gross Weekly: $2,722.00

    Assignment Overview
    Duration: 13 Weeks | ASAP Start

    / Shift: 36 Hours | Varied Shifts (Both Day & Night openings available)

    Performance Clause: Regional West utilizes a Low/Mid/High performer scale. Maintaining a "High Performer" status is required for contract continuity.

    Clinical Highlights
    Dual-Unit Competency: Manage complex patient populations across both Intensive Care (ICU) and Progressive Care (PCU) settings.

    Technical Mastery: Titrate complex vasoactive drips, manage mechanical ventilation, and troubleshoot life-sustaining equipment.

    Clinical Monitoring: Expertly interpret hemodynamic data and EKG rhythms, responding with urgency to condition changes.

    Bedside Leadership: Act as a lead clinician, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to execute high-level care plans.

    Non-Negotiable Requirements
    Note: Candidates must meet 100% of these criteria for consideration.

    Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent ICU or PCU clinical experience.

    Licensure: Active Nebraska (NE) or Compact/Multi-State RN License.

    Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are strictly required.

    Adaptability: Must be willing to work varied shifts to meet the 36-hour guarantee.

    Location: The Nebraska Panhandle
