    Opportunity:

    Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

    Job Details:


    • Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities

    • Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment

    • Submit and transmit X-Ray images to radiologist for interpretation

    • Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams

    • Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images

    • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to cardiologist for interpretation

    • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol

    • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management

    • Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment

    • On-call responsibilities will be discussed at interview

    • Weekend schedule based on case load and will constitute overtime if needed

    • Physical demands include pushing/pulling lbs with equipment 16-24 times per day

    • ARRT certification required

    • Active driver's license required

    • Virginia state license required
