This job is responsible for leading a sales team by driving strategic growth and ensuring goals are met or exceeded.The Relationship Account Director will lead a team of sales professionals and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership and be able to analyze data to identify opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include data analysis for sales growth opportunities, collaborating with other leaders to develop and implement strategies and processes for both talent and business results, managing various escalations.
