We were looking for someone who can manage various trades and projects within approved budgetary and time constraints Provide technical and management advice and assistance to project team members and field personnel Promote a positive safety culture by ensuring Egans safety policies and goals are communicated and followed on assigned projects Write scope proposals based on estimates Spear head projects to meet exceed budgetary timing goals for projects assigned Facilitate resolve problems issues associated with assigned projects from inception to closeout Order equipment materials Attend jobsite office staff meetings Closeout jobs with maximum profitability customer satisfaction Develop foster long term relationships internal external customers through quality performance work Track sales activities forecast sales opportunities CRM Visit jobsites customer sites regularly Position RequirementsHigh school diploma years electrical industrial controls experience trade related experience knowledge Must possess maintain valid drivers license acceptable driving record Must obtain OSHA certification within months hire if not already certified Electrical installationSystem Integration experience prior supervisory experience preferred QualificationsUnderstand electrical design engineering estimates pertaining food processing manufacturing industries Knowledgeable industrial automation controls integration UL Panel Shop Solutions familiarity OEM manufacturing controls related business opportunities Ability read understand electrical control power schematics Excellent problem solving leadership communicationcollaboration financial management skills required Knowledge job scheduling customer timeline management Ability present both internal external groups Strong organizational skills deal competing customer needs Ability learn promote other areas business Strong negotiation skills Self directedindependent Ability handle multiple projects deadlines foresee events anticipate changes conditions operations react appropriately Willingness learn new ideas convey solutions problem solving manner customers employees Possess excellent communication skills understood work all levels internal external customers Strong organizational skills manage people time
