    Description

    Overview: AFD Group is seeking a skilled Director of Operations and Development to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a leadership role.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

    About the Job:

    The Director of Operations and Development will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, and developing strategies to improve sales and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Directly supervise restaurant employees and manage front and back-of-house operations
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
    • Maintain high standards of quality and service
    • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business goals

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
