    Sales Director.

    We do offer the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays, but this position does require that you reside in Northwest Arkansas.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Define short and long-term strategic goals of the client
    Build key customer relationships and exceed customer expectations
    Identify business opportunities within client partner respective categories.
    Successfully align the client and company strategy with the retailer's category and corporate strategy

    Work collaboratively with client cross-functional team including sales, marketing, and supply chain to forecast and plan existing base, display, and new business opportunities.

    Effectively manage and achieve client P&L targets
    Develop and execute presentations for major customer meetings
    Support new client partner prospecting and acquisition.
    Manage, lead, motivate, and hold accountable respective team members


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in business related field
    Experience working directly for Walmart or Sam's Club strongly preferred
    Experience working on the vendor side calling on Walmart or Sam's Club or other top national retailer strongly preferred
    Experience with sales forecasting and pulling data for retailer data analytics required utilizing systems such as Luminate, Retail Link, and syndicated data (MADRID, IRI & Nielsen)
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong executive presence demonstrated by the following:

    Strong organizational and presentation skills
    Strong sense of urgency and customer focus
    Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    Strong strategic mindset with forward thinking and ability to "see" five steps ahead

    Experienced in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to use tools effectively
    Ability to network within the CPG industry to drive company awareness and to cultivate new client partnerships
