    350+ Beds (Level I Trauma)


    Important Unit Notes:

    License:
    ND state license required (must apply within 72 hours of offer acceptance).

    License process may take

    3–6 weeks

    depending on application accuracy.


    MUST-HAVE Requirements:
    Minimum

    2 years recent Respiratory Therapy experience
    Level I Trauma experience required
    Strong

    ICU & ER background
    Experience in

    300+ bed facility
    RRT – NBRC certification required
    BLS – AHA required
    Able to work in a

    fast-paced environment

    Preferred Certifications:
    ACLS – AHA
    PALS – AHA


    Equipment Experience Required:
    EPIC charting

    Schedule:
    Rotating shifts
    8 & 12-hour shifts
    Every other weekend
    Holidays required
    Opportunity for extra shifts

    Floating:
    May float to other Fargo locations: Broadway & South University
