    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of risk management processes, including managing project risk registers, analyzing risk data, reporting on project and portfolio risks, and maintaining risk management software.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk analysis and a proven track record of success in project risk management.

    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain risk registers in the project risk management software, working closely with project managers, staff engineers, and other project stakeholders.

    Support the construction estimating team in risk assessments of projects in the feasibility stage using a custom risk management tool.

    Train and support project stakeholders in using risk management software (Active Risk Manager and Feasibility Risk Analysis Tool) to maintain risk registers.

    Generate risk reports for projects and portfolios and analyze and prepare risk assessment reports.
    Organize and host project pre-challenge sessions to develop and maintain risk registers.
    Develop and deliver risk training for departments and project stakeholders.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Sciences or equivalent.

    Minimum of 8 years of experience in project risk management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.

    Strong proficiency in project risk management software, including Active Risk Manager and other relevant tools.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Proven ability to organize and facilitate productive workshops and training sessions, engaging participants and fostering a collaborative risk management culture.

    Certifications such as PMI-RMP (Project Management Institute Risk Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
