- This position will meet and greet all members and their guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner in accordance with all facility policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Responsible for preparing alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders and serving menu food and drinks.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Help keep all working areas attractive, neat and clean and free of trash and waste.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all state and local food and beverage regulations
- Refer all major problems/complaints to a manager.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Preferred weekend and daytime availability
- Must be able to clearly communicate Member needs to other Team Members.
- Ability to keep the bar area organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to Stand 68 Hours
- A positive attitude while on the job is also essential.
- Computer literacy in order to use POS system effectively
- Ability to do basic math

Position Summary
We are looking for someone with a friendly face and excellent work ethic to be the next Food & Beverage Server at Gateway National The bartender works closely with the Clubhouse Manager and / or Golf Professional on duty to assure an excellent guest experience.
Must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Club and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled, if necessary.
Servers must be neat and well-groomed in accordance to Club's Team Member standards.
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with guests at a high-level.
