    This position will be responsible for leading operational execution of the CTS North America Aftermarket business as well as process and function for CTS global aftermarket businesses. He/She will own the global logistics process and function for the company from strategy to execution. In addition, this individual will be the key point of contact in collaborating with other internal functions to drive OTD, forecast obtainments and customer issue resolution.

    Responsibilities:

    Aftermarket (AM): The individual will be responsible for developing a roadmap for the companys AM business. S/he will collaborate closely with regional leaders in assessing potential growth opportunities to lead the execution of the plan. S/he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction through AM sales, support, and service offerings, consistent global processes, and practices. S/he will be responsible for operational execution for the North American Aftermarket Team to achieve customer and financial performance KPIs.

    Logistics: S/he will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing efficient logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to meet organizational objectives. The individual will be accountable for meeting shipment due dates, on-time-delivery, be the single point of contact to resolve customer and supplier issues by collaborating with other departments and 3pl partners and logistics companies.

    • Manage warehouse and logistics partner activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods globally.
    • Manage the Rhinestahl warehouse teams / individuals and ensure standard work and training has been done globally.
    • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency. Develop efficient distribution and routing strategies to meet delivery schedules.
    • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

    Other responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all customer issues arising on the operations side of the business. Collaborate with other groups and leaders to resolve these issues in a timely manner.

    • Lead the organizations Continuous Improvement function by working closely with other departments. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in all areas of Operations.
    • Manage and support the companys other operational activities and projects to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven 7-10 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
    • Meet customer and business objectives with a sense of urgency.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
    • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
