    Regarding the Maintenance Parts Coordinator role:


    • Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in inventory management to join our team as a Maintenance Parts Coordinator. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in maintaining maintenance parts and supplies within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Take ownership for the organization and housekeeping of the Maintenance Parts Room
    • Receive in and route daily shipments of Maintenance parts and supplies
    • Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for Maintenance personnel
    • Utilize SAP to maintain accurate records of maintenance parts and supplies inventory
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP functionalities
    • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and prevent production downtime
    • Maintain documentation related to parts transactions, including purchase orders and receipts, within SAP
    • Support data analysis efforts within SAP to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
    • Conduct other duties, as assigned by the plant Maintenance Manager

    • Key Contacts: Maintenance, Operations, and Warehouse Department personnel
      Qualifications
    • AS in STEM-related field, and/or commensurate experience in a manufacturing setting; BS preferred
    • Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred
    • Previous work experience using SAP preferred
    • Strong ability to work independently to accomplish a dynamic set of tasks with minimal supervision
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions to adhere Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, and company policies
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work and contribute as part of a team
    • Ideal candidate would have an AS in a STEM field, or 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting; maintenance experience is not required
    • Work schedule will be M-F, 07:00-15:30 – no weekend work required, but OT will be available
    • Will require some flexibility to work split shift or 2nd shift, at times, to collaborate with our PM Maintenance crews
    • Target pay rate is $22/hour – this is flexible, based upon relevant work experience
    • This is a temporary role to support a special project (3-6 months), with potential for extension into a FT role
    • Looking to fill ASAP
