    Job Responsibilities
    • Liaison between the business partners and the IT group to support existing systems and provide analysis for systems implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
    • Responsible to perform analysis of key requirements and clearly communicate alternatives and recommendations to decision-makers
    • Preparation and execution of test plans to ensure high quality results
    • Responsible for documenting business and functional/technical specifications for system development and enhancements based on user requirements
    • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering, designing, and deployment to the Armanino business applications, specifically, Workday
    • Work directly with business users to define requirements and design solutions
    • Work as a member of a project team consulting on building new functionality and /or enhancing existing functionality. The technical tasks include importing data, custom reporting, developing scoping and solution documents, and data mapping, integration, and process flow documentation
    • Design integration strategies & workflow between Armanino applications and systems as required
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Technology, or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a business analyst or implementation in a management consulting or professional services firm
    • Experience with a range of corporate systems including financial, Audit, Tax, Practice Management and CRM systems
    • Experience with full life cycle, functionality, maintenance, and support of ERP applications
    • Experience working in Workday
    • Experience with accounting & consulting functional areas being impacted by a project
    • Experience with Visio & Miro for functional requirements gathering & modeling techniques
    • Experience in Project Management, Change Management & Business Process Management

    We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $120,000 - $160,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
