- Our Patient Relationship Specialists (PRS) are responsible for ensuring a high-quality phone or chat interaction with each patient. Patient Relationship Specialists will schedule hearing health care appointments for new and existing patients via inbound calls, outbound calls, text message and/or chat.
- Help patients reschedule missed appointments or set routine service appointments.
- Overcome objections and re-direct conversations to ensure callers get the help they need.
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Contact Center, Collections, or Sales experience is preferred.
- Prior call center and chat experience preferred.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers with multiple screens and phones. 00 per hour. Paid Holidays
