- Design execute and optimize immunoassay methods to meet sensitivity specificity and reproducibility targets
- Perform method qualification and validation under GLP/GCP compliance and prepare technical reports
- Interpret summarize data for scientific reports presentations Troubleshoot assays mentor junior staff on best practices Transfer methods internally externally support technology transfer activities
