    83; Types of Cases: Endovascular lab procedures – arterial and venous, forming/testing/repairing fistulas, open carotids, intra-op rescue for other surgeons, anterior lumbar spine exposures

    Credentialing Timeframe:
    temporary privileges within 30-45 days

    Certifications Required:
    must be board certified
