    What Youll Do:

    The Sales Compensation Analyst is a meaningful role in driving the execution, strategy, and efficiency of AppDynamics sales compensation plans.

    This role covers administration of sales compensation and payouts. The Analyst equally delivers service excellence in providing an outstanding experience for AppDynamics sellers. Some of your primary responsibilities include:

    Resolving commission customer concerns, and processing compensation and improving accuracy of monthly payments.

    Rolling out compensation plans and new operational processes to complete and report on compensation metrics, as well as documenting these processes and changes.

    Understanding differences in sales variable payments (monthly earnings, MBOs, SPIFFs, draws, etc.)

    Creating and maintaining process documentation required to complete all compensation-related processes.

    Who Youll Work With:

    The Sales Compensation Analyst will partner with team members and customers to deliver a best-in-class experience for AppDynamics sellers. The Analyst will be sales-facing and act as the Sales Compensation Partner for the seller.

    Who You Are:

In this role, you are paying sales commissions and supporting successful sales organization, while helping AppDynamics achieve profitable growth.

    Minimum Requirements:

    1+ years of work experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, or similar

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    High attention to detail and organizational skills

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with Xactly or similar incentive compensation tools
