    We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Compliance Professional.

    The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a HR Compliance Officer, with an emphasis on Affirmative Action Program Compliance.

    As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on HRCO, you will ensure that the organization's human resources policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

    The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, including the requirements of the company's AAP.

    Compensation & Benefits
    $90,000-$100,000 |

    Compensation is negotiable depending on experience
    Paid Time off -

    Up to 2 weeks per year, begins to accrue after first day of employment.
    Paid Sick Leave -

    40 hours earned yearly. Eligible after 30 days of employment
    Hybrid work environment
    Office is located in Huntington Beach, CA
    Work from home eligible as duties and responsibilities allow.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    :

    Compliance Program Development:

    Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs related to human resources, including policies, procedures, and training materials.

    Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure alignment with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

    OCC audits a plus, department of labor audits

    Legal and Regulatory Compliance:

    Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and ensure organizational compliance.

    Interpret and communicate legal requirements to stakeholders, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.

    Policy Implementation and Enforcement:

    Oversee the implementation of human resources compliance policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.


    Monitor recruitment processes related to compliance requirements and conduct and address compliance issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective actions where necessary.


    REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Audits and Assessments:


    Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR / Recruitment processes and practices to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.

    Collaborate with internal audit teams or external auditors as necessary.

    Understanding ADP

    Training and Education:

    Develop and deliver training programs on compliance-related topics, including discrimination, harassment, data privacy, and other relevant areas.

    Provide ongoing education and support to managers and employees on compliance matters.

    Reporting and Documentation:


    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, including investigations, training sessions, and audit findings as well as all AAP requirements.

    Audit compliance.

    Hiring policies are procedures are met

    Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies as required.

    Responsible for all monthly reporting for HR.
