    Systems Analyst (Systems Administration, Analyst)

    seeks a

    Systems Analyst (Systems Administration, Analyst)

    to provide NMCI Customer Support Services for a DoD client at Patuxent River, MD. Work is to be performed primarily on site. Some remote work may be allowed depending on customer requirements and hiring manager approval.
    Responsibilities
    Provide technical analysis, installation, and maintenance of customer assets at various NAVAIR locations.

    Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
    Updating and maintaining NET (NMCI Enterprise Tool) database for NMCI assets including custodial changes, location changes, and user profile updates
    Requesting NMCI computers, NMCI printers, and software SLINS through the NMCI IT Storefront SharePoint forms
    Submitting MAC requests in NET for network jack activations, logical account moves, email services, and software transfers
    Liaison between customers and NMCI representatives
    Requesting new NMCI legacy accounts utilizing the NAVAIR Help Desk database, and submitting any associated Flankspeed account MACs as necessary
    Providing desk side support to end users and responding to data calls
    Configuring software applications and assisting users with Windows upgrades and migrations
    Assist customers with Gov't iPad and iPhone setup and troubleshooting
    Maintain adding and removing users from Security Groups for Share Drive access.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced information technology environment
    Maintain and process various types of documentation and provide technical expertise
    Assisting the IT Storefront with scheduled Tech Refreshes for NTWL users
    Requesting NMCI survey projects (CLIN 600) for ongoing Hangar Renovations
    Attend monthly NMCI Drumbeat meetings, customer requested meetings, and NMCI related trainings
    Required Qualifications

    BA/BS Degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in computer centered customer service -OR – HS/GED and minimum of 7 years' experience in computer centered customer service
    Regularly required to lift and/or move computers and peripherals up to 25 lbs. up and down stairs
    A valid driver's license with own transportation to/from work with ability to travel locally to various buildings on base for meetings or customer support
    Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    Desired Qualifications

    Familiar with NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) database
    Experience with the NAVAIR National Help Desk and current tool sets
    Familiar with Excel, Microsoft Teams and Flank Speed
    Clearance

    All applicants for this position must be able to obtain and maintain a

    Secret

    clearance; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

    Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
