    Job Summary

    A Psychiatrist licensed in the state of New York is needed to join our team of remote Mental Health Clinicians, under the guidance of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health. Our goal is to provide holistic care through video-based visits and ensure patients' needs are met with industry-leading interventions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assessment and Diagnosis: Assess patients through a video-based encounter and perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations.
    • Medication Management: Provide psychotropic medication management, including evaluation of patient medical history, and medication response, adherence, and tolerability for each individual patient treated.
    • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide med management to patients.
    • Patient Information: Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.

    Requirements:

    • Credentials: Graduate of ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program and ABPN Board-certified in Psychiatry.
    • Licensure: Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in the state of residence required (New York).
    • Continuing Education: Keep up-to-date with continuing medical education.
    • Technical Skills: Navigate video-conferencing platforms and learn new technology, such as Athena.
