    Location: Columbia, Missouri

    Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week (Mon–Wed 8–5, Thurs 8–3)

    Compensation: $200,000 – $350,000+

    Daily Guarantee: $800/day

    As an associate, you won't be thrown into the deep end. You'll receive personalized mentorship with one-on-one check-ins, case reviews, and chairside coaching. Dr. Shull is invested in your success

    With access to high-level tech (CBCT, CEREC, 3D printing, in-house milling), a strong new patient flow (70+ per month), and a diverse patient base, you'll have the tools to grow quickly. We treat every patient with empathy and dignity, and we value your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.

    Excitingly, we're preparing for growth A brand-new facility is set to open in 2028, offering even more space for expanded services. If you're business-minded, there's a genuine path to partnership after a couple of years.

    Your Role

    • Deliver high-quality general dentistry.
    • Collaborate with a tight-knit clinical and front office team for efficient care.
    • Educate patients on treatment plans with empathy and clarity.
    • Build trust with families and patients from all backgrounds.
    • Embrace ongoing learning with weekly clinical check-ins and case reviews.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Daily Guarantee: $800/day
    • Collections-Based Pay: 31% - 35%
    • 401(k): Available after 1 year
    • In-Office Health Plan
    • CE Allowance
    • Partnership Track: Clear path to partnership after two years
