Your role:
- Uphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist Sales Department with daily administrative task
- Assist Events Manager with set up events & meetings
- Ensure correct rates, concessions, and billing terms are documented
- Respond to inquiries for group bookings, meetings, and events
- Qualify leads and route them to appropriate Sales Manager
- Coordinates with Front Office Team
- Confirm event details and follow up with clients
- Maintain professional and timely communication
- Handle group billings & rooming list
- Books guest reservations
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity
- Answers and routes call as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma; or 1-3 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Training abilities and active participation in meetings
