    Automation Engineer in Ramsey, New Jersey


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to join our client's growing team based in Ramsey, New Jersey.

    Our client is a leading provider of industrial automation solutions that help businesses optimise their operations for maximum efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years experience working with Industrial Automation systems

    Skills:
    PLC Programming - Experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs using RS Logix software.
    AutoCAD - Proficiency creating electrical schematics & control panel layouts.
    HMI/SCADA Development - Ability to develop graphical interfaces utilising Wonderware or Ignition platforms.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:


    • Designing custom automated equipment from concept through installation including robotic applications
    • Writing detailed functional specifications outlining project requirements
    • Developing controls system architectures which incorporate multiple technologies such as robots,
    vision cameras, sensors etc.

    Salary offered:
    £120000 per annum
