The successful candidate for the F-35 Program Management position will report directly to the Senior Manager overseeing the international final assembly and check-out (FACO) facilities and international co-production suppliers
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX and will also help manage the transition from tech refresh 2 (TR2) to tech refresh 3 (TR3) for the international FACOs at Komaki, Japan and Cameri, Italy
This includes supporting the management of or participation in program management or business reviews, metric reviews, improvement project management, operational reviews, working across multiple functional teams, and partnering across the Production Program Office leaders
This position will support direct interface with the international FACO and co-production customers.

Basic Qualifications:
Program / Project Management Experience
Experience communicating with executives and international customers
Experience working across functional teams
Working knowledge of F-35 aircraft production operations

Desired Skills:
Leading complex projects across cross functional teams
Experience working with technical and non-technical subject matter experts
Operations experience in at least one of three functional areas, production, supply chain and/or quality
Experience using milestones pro, MS office suite or excel macros

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
