Security Supervisor / Armed Special Police Officer
Blueline Security Services is seeking dedicated, professional, and reliable licensed Armed Special Police Officers to join our growing team in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.

Position Details
Location: Washington, D.C. 20032
Pay Rate: $32–$34 per hour
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday
Hours: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (10-hour shifts / 40 hours per week)
Position Type: Full-Time
Positions Available: 1
Key Responsibilities
Observe and report to deter unwanted or suspicious behavior
Supervise a team of five (5) security officers
Ensure company policies and post orders are followed
Maintain scheduling for multiple locations within the same contract
Operate a company vehicle as required
Document incidents and activities clearly and accurately throughout the shift
Respond to emergencies and contact Emergency Services when necessary
Address and support client staff security needs
Work closely with a dispatch center and execute dispatch instructions
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent OR at least 5 years of verifiable work experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Special Police Officer
Must possess and maintain an active Armed Special Police Officer License
Must be at least 21 years of age for armed positions
Valid driver's license required

Conditions of Employment
Must pass a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with all applicable laws
Licensing requirements are subject to state and local regulations and must be maintained throughout employment
